How We Started

Cycadia monument company was started in 1985 by Will and Doris Cantrell as they were building the community mausoleum in Tarpon Springs for the city. Growing every year for over 38 years the company is still family owned and operated by Kevin and Nanci Cantrell. Their sons are fully involved with the business as well as the third generation of the business emerges.  With a long resume of satisfied customers all over the Tampa Bay area and nationwide, we have served several generations of families. We have a combined over 50 years experience in the industry. The company continues to branch out to many new families and organizations.

Upright Monuments

Monuments come in many sizes and shapes.  What goes on a monument, its shape, size, the type of granite, and even how it needs to be installed will determine the price. We are direct from the quarries and very reasonable. 

We eliminate the middle man and pass the savings on to you.  Flat granite adult size memorials start at $425.00 installed.

The custom memorial shown is black with a laser etching.  Any artwork can be done in color or black and white.

Flat Bronze Memorial Markers

Bronze memorials come in many different sizes. The cost is based on size, if it has a vase, a granite base, and if there is any extra lettering or emblems.  Custom bronze memorials for cremation start out at $375.00.

These outdoor ( cemetery style ) bronze are made to last through the ages and are 87% copper.
